We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and sometimes families have to change plans. Please find our cancellation and refund policies for our services below:

Open STEM Play sessions can be cancelled for credit at any time before the session begins.

​

STEM & ME Class registrations can be rescheduled or cancelled for a credit up to 24 hours prior to the class start time. We will not be able to reschedule or provide a credit for cancellations less than 24 hours before the class start time  unless you have weekly, season, or yearly passes. If you have a class passes, you may reschedule at any point prior to the start of the class.
